Nick and Ernie
Stunt duo Nick and Ernie are back this year and will be performing on the track during the lunch break on both Saturday and Sunday. They will be available for autographs and pictures in the Triumph area located in the Fan Zone. The dynamic duo is known for their motorcycle stunts, and filmed ?The Chase? on the track at Barber Motorsports Park last year. The seven-minute video showcases their talents as well as the renowned road course and museum and has been viewed close to 4 million times on YouTube since its creation in February of 2012.

During the lunch break on Saturday and Sunday, fans have the chance to walk around on pit lane and see all the teams and riders up close. In order to participate, you must have a ticket that includes paddock access. Paddock passes are available for purchase for $15 or at Gate 7 (tram stop 5).
All Friday ticket holders are invited to walk the track with stars of the Geico Motorcycle AMA Pro Road Racing Series. The track walk will begin immediately after track activity is finished on Friday afternoon. More than 20 riders have committed to participate including National Guard SuperBike rider Roger Hayden, SuperBike riders Larry Pegram, and Chris Fillmore, along with Triumph riders Jason DiSalvo, Joey Pascarella, Elena Myers, Kenny Riedmann and Bobby Fong. Registration will begin at 5:00 pm at Gate 3.
The Motorcycles in the Park at Barber bike show will be held Saturday, June 22 in the Fan Zone. For $10, anyone can enter a bike in the show, which will run from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Registration can be done in advance by calling Sunny Chance at 205-702-8709 or at the entrance of the show. All participating bikes will need to be registered before 9:45 a.m. All participants must have a general admission ticket to enter Barber Motorsports Park. There will be five classes of competition and custom trophies designed and built by the restoration staff of the Barber Vintage Motorcycle Museum will be awarded to first place winners in each class as well as a people?s choice Best of Show award. The classes are as follows:
- Classic I Pre-1969
- Classic II 1970-1988
- Modern Classic 1989-1999
- Modern 2000 to Present
- Street Special Caf? racers, customs, and modified
The Barber Sales Corral will be open on Saturday and Sunday, June 22nd and 23rd and will be located in the Fan Zone. Those interested in trying to sell their bike only need to pay a $10 fee for one day or $15 for both days, which gives them a spot in the corral from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. In addition, presenting sponsor of the Triumph Superbike Classic, America?s First Federal Credit Union will be in the Barber Sales Corral to assist with financing. All participants must have a general admission ticket to enter Barber Motorsports Park.
