Positions are filled on a first come, first serve basis. We will try our best to grant any requests you may have, but cannot guarantee a specific committee or shift.

  If not, please have a parent or guardian contact Bond Cahoon at bcahoon@brunoeventteam.com or (205) 262-2822. Volunteers who are not at least 18 years of age will need to have parent or guardian sign a Minor Waiver. Minors must be 14-17 years of age and can only work in certain committees and must be accompanied by an adult for their entire shift.

Step 2 - Uniform Information
T-Shirt Size    Please remember, shirts are ordered based on what you mark on this application. We will do our best to exchange your shirt based on availability. Hats are one size fits all. Volunteers should also wear khaki pants or shorts and preferably tennis or jogging shoes. It is also recommended that volunteers bring sunglasses, sunscreen, an extra snack or water and any other personal item one might need during their shift.

 

Step 3 - Race/Committee/Shift Preference

 

Volunteers who sign up for two races can choose one ticket for any SCCA or WERA spectator event. You will be able to select your tickets on Step 2.
